    Have had excellent care and treatment for many years from Mr Riddell. Had to have an emergency extraction today. This was carried out with the utmost competence and care, and absolutely no pain at all. Everything was explained clearly and patiently, answering all my questions satisfactorily. An extraction is not something to look forward to, but should I ever need another one, I know I am in safe hands.

    Seems to be a lot of unnecessary negative reviews!! With one common theme ….you’ve been removed as patients because you won’t pay for Denplam that is not the practice fault. They always have and still provide an excellent service, treatment is always explained and reasonably priced. Note for Karon why have a crown stuck in if you wasn’t happy??? Makes no sense . only one person to blame KARON!!!!

    very interested to read all the negative comments, I totally agree with them. I was also pushed out. I had several white crowns done by them, the two front ones are of different lengths and look strange. I pointed this out on the day it was done and received some comment about teeth arent the same size, basically they were not bothered. Take my advice go elsewhere

    Shocking service. I had 5 appointments cancelled and when I went in I was told that they are now "dental plan". And not even a offer to set up a plan with them. The front of house team could do with some retraining.

    I have attended this Practice as a Denplan patient for 37 years. Since Mr Riddell took over the Practice, with his wife as Practice Manager, I have continued to receive good service as before.

    Myself, my parents and my children have been coming to this practice for years even before Mr Riddle took over. The customer service has declined severely over the past few years. The attitude of the practice manager (his wife) is disgusting, l have witnessed her talking to people like dirt on many occasions even her own staff!! My 78 year old mother couldn’t attend an appointment over Covid due to shielding and when she tried to rebook an appointment when restrictions had eased she was informed she had been removed from their books and would need to rejoin the waiting list. They agreed to see her after she had a broken tooth but when she turned up at the dentist and asked them to explain why she had been taken off their books she was basically frog marched out!! Then In May I received a letter to say they had gone private and I would need to pay a monthly subscription so have left! I have since heard off other people that they too have been kicked off their list! The customer service is disgraceful and I would avoid this practice at all costs due to the lack of respect and compassion they show to their loyal customers!!!

    I had been with this practice for decades before Mr Riddell took over. Over the past decade, various fillings have fallen out - some after just hours. Also I found the attitude had been that the patients had been there for their benefit. I also found the attitude of the reception rude and abrasive following three successive cancellations.
