    The pretzel is nice but the service is awful. I went to the shop today at 17.45 (the shop closes at 18.00) and I asked for the pretzel bites. There were 3 ladies working there at that time. The cashier initially said that they don’t have the bites but they had the pretzel. After that the other lady behind her whispered something to her and then she told me that they don’t have any pretzels anymore. Even though I have seen that they have kept full bags on top of the oven. I felt that they would not want to prepare any more pretzels just because the shop closes at 18.00. I have even showed them the time (17.45) and they refused to serve me. I am so so disappointed from the service.
