Paul Pavlou was my specialist of choice having researched knee replacement surgery in Bournemouth. Right from the start I received very informative emails on a daily basis explaining everything I needed to know. At my consultation with him I came away feeling totally confident that I was going to have the very best of treatment and I have to say my expectations were far exceeded. When I went to Mr. Pavlou its fair to say I was unable to walk, was in constant pain and life was pretty miserable. He confirmed that I needed both knees replaced the left one being a matter of urgency. That was last summer 2022 and I have now had both knees replaced under his care and I have to say the expertise, care and overall experience was superb. I cannot thank Paul Pavlou enough for giving this 71 year old a new lease of life which is down to his extraordinary skill and that of his team. I have now had two hip replacements on both sides with a period of two years in between. On each occasion Mr Pavlou untertook these hip replacements. He is professional, caring and given the end results, extremely proficient. At each point prior, during and post, Mr Pavlou ensured any questions were answered and he was also keen to determine how the recovery was progressing. I am now mobile, after six weeks without pain and have no hesitation in stating, thst should I need any further hip surgery in the future, Mr Pavlou would be the consultant I would like to undertake this.
