Rude staff! Ridiculous policy of not leaving UPS parcels after 3.30pm where I could see 4 other ups parcels on the floor but the man who served me refused to take mine, because he has that silly policy! Is UPS aware of your policy? I have complained to UPS and I hope they will sort it out. I feel I was discriminated because I am a WOMAN! This is SICK!
