Paul is a true professional and an honest man. Right through from start, quotation was well written, scanned, arrived on time, and completed the job with perfection. Properly invoiced. Had some difficulties on the job which Paul managed, changes on the job which Paul accommodated at invoice stage which were infact agreed to be extra, cannot expect any higher standard and ethics. Severn Trent paper work completed by Paul which can be easily tracked online, so excellent workmanship and professional.

I wanted to replace my existing lead water supply and came across Mr Mole on the Severn Trent website. Paul came to my property and advised me that a new water supply could be run under my existing drive, up to the where the new stop tap was to be positioned. As a watermark registered plumber he would deal with Severn Trent and arrange for connection at the boundary. Paul was brilliant from start to finish, creating minimal mess and disturbance. In fact, nobody would have known that work had been carried out had it not been for a blue water pipe at my boundary waiting to be connected! First class service from an honest and reliable expert. Highly recommended.
