I met Mr Anwar while I was struggling with a deviated septum and turbinate hypertrophy which were making my life absolutely miserable. I was having difficulties breathing properly which affected my sleep and overall performance on a daily basis. I knew a surgery was required to fix this however I was a bit scared to do it for various reasons, mainly relating to post-surgery recovery. Mr Anwar managed to put my mind at ease and helped me understand that the recovery phase would not be that bad. And he was absolutely right! Less that 2 days after the surgery I started breathing from my nose again and the situation was getting better on a daily basis. Couple of weeks later I could tell the difference. I could breathe like a normal person; my sleeping issues went away, and I started feeling more energetic and optimistic. I cannot recommend Mr Anwar highly enough to reflect my gratitude for his service!

I went to see Mr Anwar yesterday at the Cromwell Hospital to get my throat examined. I often feel like I'm being rushed through doctors' appointments but NOT this time! Mr Anwar attentively listened to my concerns, remained calm, answered all my questions and carried out the examination with the highest level of care and professionalism. Dr Anwar has changed my life. After years of having trouble breathing through my right nostril and one failed septoplasty I was finally booked in for a Septo-Rhinoplasty under Dr Anwars care. Having told me before the surgery it seemed it was going to be difficult and complex due to the state of my nose. I was unsure what to expect. Having had the splints and cast removed and being handed a mirror so I could see the results myself. I couldn’t help but well up with tears of joy. I cannot give this man enough praise for what he has done for me. The results are better than I could have ever hoped for and I would strongly advise that he is placed on the top of your list of surgeons to go to if you are facing similar problems. The man has an impressive background and deserves all the credit and accolades in his career. Once again I cannot thank him enough. Thank you for changing my life.

We took our 22 month son to see Dr Anwar after recurring ear infections. He conducted several tests to try to ascertain the most likely cause and subsequently gave our son a treatment plan.
