I am one of the caregivers at home instead an have been with them for now 3 year an just won caregiver of the year with them. I can honestly say the company has improved from when I started and keeps on improving just to be the best . The clients I meet have all been wonderful with a full range needs which training is given for . I've always revived good support from the care coordinators on the management team.

After only 4-6 weeks we (and more importantly our mum) can report that Naela from Home Instead has changed our lives! Couple of minor administrative niggles fade to nothing because the care and support provided has been brilliant. The relief, mum’s weight gain and improved general demeanour has been amazing. Our mum has company even during lockdown due to her care requirements (albeit 121 when she’d been used to larger gatherings) so is lucky but has still benefitted enormously. Anyone lonely, on their own, maybe a spouse or an adult child caring on their own or with limited support should definite consider this option. Great value and allows the elderly person to maintain an element of control.

This company is a scam . They don't pay petrol, call all care workers thick, offer full time then offer you less than 10 hours. Some of the care work is over an hour drive there and back and they don't pay travel. Scam scam scam be warned.
