Dr. Rajesh is a Brillant Spine Surgeon. Definitely big 5 stars. My mother suffered an accident when the bus she was travelling sudden stopped. She was found to have spinal cord injury with unstable spine. She underwent an emergency C2-5 cervical decompression and fixation of her neck. Dr. Rajesh did a great job in saving my mother life. The surgery went very well. My mother Azucena Aguinaldo from being bed ridden now she is walking with a stick and continuously doing more progress. Even after the surgery He is always been kind and helpful to my mother. No words can express how grateful we are to him. Because Dr. Mangattil Rajesh is a truly brilliant Spine surgeon. ☺️🙏

Mr Rajesh is the best spine surgeon I have seen and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. I have had chronic issues with my pelvis and lumbar spine for years but was referred to Mr Rajesh for a disc herniation in my neck. His care was faultless and it is because of his prompt treatment and advice that I don’t have another chronic injury to manage. I feel very lucky because the referral was only by chance and I had received conflicting rehab advice elsewhere (which I realise now would have prolonged my injury rather than quickly correcting it). He is technically excellent with brilliant, practical advice beyond just surgical solutions (I have found surgeons in the past have been lacking in this respect). He also stood out as he clearly has a great deal of compassion and really cares about his patients. He was very reassuring, explained things very thoroughly and was keen to ensure I understood, and checked in on my progress between our appointments. I have found in the past surgeons can be more interested in their specialty than the patient care side. He also recommended a brilliant physiotherapist to me, Nikos Stamos - I was receiving physiotherapy elsewhere for my back and could have treated my neck at the same, but because Mr Rajesh stood out compared to other doctors I have seen, I had a feeling whoever he recommended would be excellent and I should give them a try. My instinct was right: I am now having specialised scoliosis physiotherapy with Nikos for the first time alongside my neck treatment and making progress. It didn’t feel like it at the time, but it may be injuring my neck was one of the best things to happen for my back - thank you so much again Mr Rajesh

Raj was excellent in every aspect of care. From the beginning, he went out of his way to support me, educating me on options available and range of outcomes. I had a good success in remedying a severely herniated disc, without the need for surgery. He was very contactable, and made a difficult / painful period of my life much more manageable. I would strongly recommend him to anyone that is experiencing a back/spine related issue.

Excellent Doctor, very professional having good understanding of his field.He gave his good amount of his time to explain the symptoms of my mother, explained all the options in detail and involved her in decision making. I really like that he also discusses the exercise and benefits related to these so as to bring a behaviour change. I am very grateful to Mr Rajesh for my prompt diagnosis and spinal surgery. I was suffering for three months with crippling pain. Following the surgery I'm in the third week now and have already noticed a tremendous improvement. He was empathic, kind and thorough throughout the time we saw him. Post operative care was excellent. He went through in detail about the healing process to follow. We absolutely need more brilliant doctors like him. 100% would recommend him anytime. Would give much more than five stars if I could!!!
