purchased the ascendant from mr jones and received a watch that didnt work, had it sent back for replacment and they sent back a watch with the worst possible foiling. It looks like a batch reject and isn't a joy to wear because of how bad the foiling is. They said i can return it at my expense, but im so dissasified with the entire process. Receiving a broken watch to begin with was a nightmare, then being sent back the worst one has honestly ruined this for me. Should be treated better for the price paid and the advertised quality. Update- they got in contact with me and paid for shipping back, then sent me photos of watches so i could pick one with better foiling. The customer service is really understanding. I do have issues with the quality of the movement. It loses a few minutes everyday. But it's a nice work of art. I wouldn't recommend someone buy without a few caveats about expectations. Big thanks to the staff for not leaving me in the gutter, it was a big saving grace in my experience.

Fantastic watch and a fantastic price! Just missed out on ordering the watch initially but contacted Mr Jones Watches and they responded really quickly letting me know when it would be back in stock. Ordered the watch on the day they said and did not expect it to arrive before Christmas but it was a super quick delivery and got it well before Christmas. The packaging is great and really nice!
