We were referred by a local surgeon to Mr Lucas and he absolutely exceeded our expectations. First seen in September 2022 and op done in late November. He explained everything well and was very mindful of our daughter's ASD diagnosis and let us take the lead on how to explain everything to her without causing anxiety or upset. Communication throughout from Val, his PA, was excellent, warm and friendly. We couldn't have been happier with Mr Lucas and his team looking after us.
