From our first meeting, I felt listened to and appreciated. It was very refreshing. Mr Goswamy talked me through the whole procedure and was generous with his time. Mr Goswamy has recently performed a bilateral pinnaplasty for my 13 year old son. We met a couple of different surgeons when first looking into the procedure and we were very happy with how Mr Goswamy explained how the operation would be carried out and how well he communicated with our Son. On the day of the op Mr Goswamy and his team couldn’t have done more to put us all at ease and most importantly our Son was looked after incredibly well. He is so happy with the results and the follow up appointments have been very reassuring.

From the first consultation Jay was brilliant and through his professionalism, passion in his work, and his commitment to our son that he would take as much time as needed to make sure the end result was to his own satisfaction for our son, he instilled us all with the confidence to go ahead.
