My trip MR was so much better than the agony of going to an Apple Store. It was easy to make an appointment online and their engineers examined and repaired my computer while I waited. I am sure that the same thing would had taken two weeks via Apple store. Highly recommended.

Their services made my day. Anton shared some suggestions on how to keep my laptop healthier and safer, was very friendly, and made waiting for diagnosis a breeze. Francisco noticed one of my keyboards was coming off and fixed it without me even asking. 
He shared a few options in case the battery completely fails and how to prolong its lifespan.
