Mr Goutos and his team removed some lipomas from my arms. The initial consultation right through to the aftercare was professional, sensitive and genuine. Mr Goutos put me at ease right from the start, discussing my history and background and then discussing the various options for the incisions and sutures. The incisions were quick, efficient and professional. I felt completely at ease knowing I was in expert hands. The incisions were extremely neat and have closed and scared really well. I had a number of questions after the operation and one of the sutures became infected. Mr Goutos was quick to make an appointment for me, see me and deal with the infection and offered for me to see him again if the infection didn’t calm down. He was genuinely empathetic to my needs and took time to check each scare, explain things and assure me along the way. He didn’t at any point, make me feel I was asking silly questions or too many. I highly recommend Mr Goutos for his exceptional incisions and suturing as well as his professional conduct, caring approach and after care. The whole experience was smooth and easy and I am very grateful for what he has done for me.

We came to see Dr Goutos a few month ago to remove invasive spider nevus on my 9 year old sons nose . After a lovely consultation with Dr Goutos , he suggested to do several laser treatment sessions. After a few sessions we already noticed a massive improvement. On the final laser treatment session the spider nevus was completely gone. I have been seeing Mr Goutos for around a year following a bike accident which left me with a complex scar on my face which troubled me greatly. Right from the very beginning I was met by an entire team of friendly, knowledgeable and supportive staff. In my initial consultation with Mr Goutos, he detailed all the options that were available to me, and which would be most appropriate for me personally. It was apparent from the outset that he was an extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient clinician, whose advice and decisions I could trust. My treatment started with fat harvesting, scar subcision and subsequent injection of the fat into the scar site. I was supported through this procedure by extremely kind and compassionate nursing staff and the procedure went perfectly. I was followed up in a very timely manner to ensure all had gone to plan and following this, a session was organised to begin multiple laser sessions which continued for the following 10 months. At every appointment, I was met by the same familiar faces, who were always keen to find out how I had been, and showed genuine interest in my personal life to help put me at ease. My treatments concluded recently with a further session of fat harvesting and scar subcision and once again I was followed up quickly - and around my schedule - to ensure there were no post-operative complications, and that the procedure had worked as expected. Throughout this entire process, if I have had any questions regarding the treatments or anything related, there has been a thorough response in a very timely manner. The results of the treatment have been astonishing. Looking back at the scar before my treatment began, versus the barely noticeable scar that I am left with now, I could not be happier with the result. I could honestly not recommend Mr Goutos and his team enough to anyone considering scar treatment. Five stars barely seems enough
