I order food 6pm delivery 10 min waiting for delivery when I call she say 10 min after another 15 min when I call she say 10 min now is 1 hours when I call again he say 8pm very rude staff no again 😒 😑 😤 🙄 😐 is many different place with nice food why no respect customers - 😒 time and why no try call back and say we are busy sorry only lier all times I order won ton soup and dumplings is no home made no fresh is very bad quality very bad food is old no fresh I spend 35 pounds and no eat nothing 😢 put to bin all food

Not a recent experience but a certainly memorable one. Had a party and we all fancied chinese so we ordered a pretty large order. Came up to about 60 quid for all of us. Big order and it was a Friday night so understandable it would take a while. But 4 hours?????? Eventually food got here but we ended up ordering maccies in the meantime cause we were starving. Got the food. I ordered a chow mein. My friend ordered some chicken balls or something or the other. Anyways, was not off the toilet for the next 3 days. Do not order from here unless you wanna miss work from food poisoning. Chicken tasted really rubbery and the chow mein sauce was like water. None of my other mates ate their food either. Absolutely horrid food and a scam of a place as they refused to issue a refund for inedible DANGEROUS food. COOK YOUR CHICKEN PROPERLY OR DONT RUN A TAKEAWAY

Ran nearly 1 hour late and was cold when I recieved it when I requested for part refund for there delay in delivery they refuse I would recommend that if you want a hot meal to stay away from Mr happy as they don't deliver hot meals Kid-friendliness: Kid delivered but restaurant didn't update him in time and delayed the delivery hugely I only ordered 1 item if it was a big order I would understand the delay but 1 item to take 1 hour to cook and another hour to deliver this is not acceptable
