Somehow they removed this review the first time I put it up and again twice now it was removed because clearly they don’t like my review. Don’t like the review don’t be disrespectful and ignore people when they email you regarding the issue twice. Mr Flower completely ruined my baby daughter’s funeral. I was very specific in what I asked for even showing them what I wanted from their own website and to have a couple of things replicated as what was shown for them to entirely do something completely different to what I asked. I called them in absolute devastation to be told there was nothing they could do. Eventually after many calls in total tears because of how bad they looked they tried to fix them for the flowers to still look terrible. The flowers the supplied were already dying. Also they ordered the wrong colour of roses twice for siblings to lay for my daughter. I ordered baby pink roses one each week of we had with her to lay with her until she was cremated from the same store. I ordered 16 of the same colour only to be giving hot pink, then after I called them the gave me nearly white. My baby had no flowers at her funeral due to the MASSIVE mistakes they had made. I emailed them twice, once the day after her funeral and a couple of weeks later to have no response to either email. I have posted pictures of what I asked for being very specific to what they gave me, even after they “fixed” them still not what I wanted. I have waited for a month for a reply and nothing. I don’t tend to make things like this public but to make such a big error to not response. SHAME ON THEM. They left me devastated.

Absolutely useless booked my valentines flowers 3 weeks in advance then turnt up to collect them told I was lying and have never been in every though the women saying this severed and done my booking then out of now where once they realised I was right they found a bouquet but it get better i got half of the the flowers I paid double for ooo then they say I can have a free candle if o wanted a candle I would of brought her one myself as gift not wanting complementary one from flower shop cause they only gave me half the flowers I wanted would not recommend as the oap is really rude and doesn’t do her job properly as 24 roses is now apparently the same as 12

Possibly the best bouquet of flowers that I have ever had delivered in my life ! They are gorgeous . Great varied selection , fresh and beautiful colours matching the choice from my Sister who ordered them to match my lounge colours . Will definitely be using this florist myself . Thankyou ❤️💜

We ordered some flowers for the top of our mums bamboo coffin. It was masses of deep red roses with gypsophila and a green foliage. Wow, so beautiful and arranged perfectly. This shop really did us proud. Staff are friendly and helpful.thankyou to all the staff 😊
