Ordered a small bouquet and asked if I could choose some colours that the recipient would like and was told "no" as my budget did not allow this - so I asked for a "decoration" to be put in the bouquet - just the one - but was told "no" my budget did not allow. My budget was £20. I left with my bouquet that was chosen for me. So disappointed and upset. Won't be going back again.

My boyfriend bought me flowers from here and in one night of them perfectly being looked after, they died! i think he was intentionally given a bad bunch, I am so disappointed as these were my birthday present and he wasted about £20 of his own money!

My father and I went to Mr Flower in Gillingham High Street to discuss funeral flowers for my beloved Mum. The lady in the shop was sympathetic and extremely helpful. We agreed on the flowers required and when we saw them we were really delighted with them. Thank you for making a difficult time less stressful and on a personal note the butterfly, my Mum loved butterflies, was beautiful.
