Mark was recommended to me by a family friend, he sanded and stained my oak floor after this was previously painted/stained badly and had lots of scratches still. If you have a wood flooring project – this is the guy for you. His knowledge expertise advice is second to none. What he doesn’t know about wood flooring and sanding and lacquering and wood materials just isn’t worth knowing. He sanded our floor explained about the pros and cons of the material choice. Due to not being hardwood there are certain problems which you can run into. He was clear about the choice we’d gone for, guiding us and helping figure out if this was going to be the correct choice for us. Even if that had meant us not using him, he just wanted to help us make the right choice for the property and our setup. We did need his help though – and he did a great job of sanding our downstairs area. We are extremely pleased with the result. He was knowledgeable and did a great job. He was friendly and fitted in with the family needing to use certain areas, and gave as much notice as was possible whilst floors were out of action post lacquering. Couldn’t recommend highly enough – and happy to give a personal recommendation. Mark can give you my details if you had more questions.

The other floor was parquet and the transformation Mark achieved to this floor was absolutely incredible.
