The man lied about a procedure and it wasn't made clear until a letter was sent through telling her what it was. Explained he would sort something and not until the anaesthetic was administered did he mention he may not be able to. Bit late then don't you think? Decided not to do it to "make her well for Christmas" but instead has ruined much much more. Useless lier of a doctor and needs to be investigated immediately
