Took my car here to get the cam/ timing belt changed. Was able to get a quote online beforehand, seemed more expensive than other garages but this was because they also included changing the water pump and refilling coolant. They were able to fit me in when others couldn't. Service was polite and friendly. I was shown pictures of the work done and what faults had been repaired. First time using this garage but would definitely use again and recommend to others.

The 10th
Received great customer service at the time of clutch change, started getting problems less than a year after it. Warranty didn't cover it apparently and the clutch THEY fitted was now labelled as a 'bad batch' by them and i have been told to fit a new one. I went to another place to have it done and was told cowboys did my last job and they have overtightened things which has caused damage to parts and bolts. Will never be back and will recommend to truly avoid. Service: Transmission

Difficult to give this place 5 stars. My car broke down so was towed here as the only place open between home and where I broke down. Firstly, they did the job and I'm happy with it so far. Secondly, the staff seem quite nice. There was a guy covering front desk who is normally a mechanic but he was very helpful and friendly and kept me updated. Reason for 3 stars is because of the price. I was quoted for parts which cost me if I go to the same place, £130, they charge £240. Whilst I know companies need to make money, that is a little much. There was no discount code used to reduce the parts for me, and they get probably around 30-40% discount being trade. Turns a job double the price. Luckily they where nice enough to fit parts which I provided, so I can't complain about that. Can only say just be careful with what they're charging as it seems a bit over the top.
