The chips are as stail as a dogs tongue and still greasy at the same time. The pie didn't even arrive for my dad so we discussed to never order from this place again and aren't their also supposed to be salt on the chips and not the burger. Do better

I placed my order at 6pm and was told my order weren’t going to be delivered till between 8:35 to 8:50. (I know, almost 3 hours). I waited and waited and it came to 9:15pm and my order was still not at my house. So I phoned restaurant and finally answered after me phoning 8 times. They told me “we’ve closed the kitchen cus we’ve got no delivery drivers, and we’ve turned our machines off so you’ll have to phone in the morning to receive your refund back and we close in 15 minutes” 1) didn’t even let me know that they had no drivers. 2) my son waited 3 hours for his meal that did not arrive. 3) the fact my app said “delivery on the way, be there between 8:35-8:50pm and they told me they had no delivery drivers? If you had no delivery drivers, why did you update my order to “on the way”. Absolutely disgusting! Will not be ordering from here again!!!!!!!! Absolutely rude staff and the communication is shocking!
