Rip off merchants! Don't risk using this place spend your money elsewhere! We ordered a incorrect piece for our central heating system and they wouldn't refund or exchange as the item wasn't in its original postage packaging! It was in it's original retail packaging but was missing a white sleeve! They have dodged my calls for over a month now and completely ignored my consumer rights !

No stars as I have a clearly defective product and no refund replacement as i did not open box within 72 hours. Did not see need to as box was sealed in good condition but my mistake as upon opening the product was chipped and scraped. I did not do this Revival and Mr radiator say is the only pluasable answer. really.

Ordered a water heater with a vertical flue and the sent a horizontal flue I now have to drive hour and half to collect it from the shop, when I asked them for compensation they said no as they offered to deliver it, I clear my diary for the day to get this job done so I would have to disappoint my customer plus sit all day doing nothing. All I am asking for is my fuel money so I am not out of pocket.
