OK, so I ordered a full combi boiler central heating system for my latest property renovation. I took delivery from them and put the various boxes inside the house, which included boiler, radiators, valves and what I assumed was a FLUE kit and signed for it. Now 3 weeks later the engineer has cone to fit it and we've opened up all of the boxes to find no FLUE kit. I contacted Mr.central heating and they basically told me I'd signed for it and so I must of had it! Now on the said day of delivery you can't stand there and do a full itinerary while the driver waits, and you assume your dealing with a competent and trustworthy company so these things are overlooked all in good faith. Yo add insult, they offered me a discount on another FLUE kit! One that I had already paid for. As a property developer of 20 years there is two things I refuse to deal with, one is untrustworthy companies and the other is thieves! Photographic evidence on delivery is to protect both parties and on this case they don't even have that. Hopefully this will be of some warning to potential customers what they could be dealing with. Daryl dilks, the woman that dealt with my issue had nothing less than appauling attitude towards business, even telling me how to run my business!!!

Do not believe the quick delivery rubbish on the website. Taken 2 weeks to deliver thn they came before anyone was up at 7.30 without giving us notice and then left with no details on the note and no indications of when they will deliver again. Specifically asked for a delivery time. Bad comms, no customer care. Have to cancel plumber arranged for the weekend.

I needed to order a boiler for a customer. I called the branch to check delivery as I needed to fit it asap. they told me I would have it either Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. which was great as i was fitting Wednesday afternoon/ Thursday morning. After I paid they emailed to say they in fact aren't in my area until Thursday. Had I known this I wouldn't have ordered it. I had to delay the customer who wasn't very happy. Not only this they couldn't tell me what time it would be here. I had someone wait in all day only to be told mid afternoon, I am one of the last drops and I will have it by 5 o'clock. I tried to call all day and got nothing but busy tone, I finally got a reply by email with my delivery time. Not even close to good enough. the problem with online companies like these is their customer service seems to be non existent as they never have to deal with us directly. I think I'll stick with the local merchant in future. They were better priced anyway but they couldn't get me the boiler until Friday morning. It will be Friday before it is installed anyway. Just a complete waste of time and very frustrating.

I was sceptical about using this company due to the amount of bad reviews but I gave it a shot as they were the cheapest on the market. I can’t fault them, they delivered to Manchester for me promptly and the delivery driver was amazing. Customer service were helpful regarding the delivery date. I never leave reviews of companies but I thought I would offer an honest opinion from my experience. Would happily use them again.

After using Mr central heating nearly 5 years ago and having experienced fantastic warranty and customer service I have just purchased another 7 raw metal column rads and they are real quality . Great delivery by own team and best value around if only all online sales where this good . A big thank you to Natalie in the office who has been a real help and given 5 star service
