OK. So I've been recommended to call Mr Central Heating by my friend who is a plumber. And after seeing there reviews on google, I was dubious about what was being said by other reviewers. I believe in giving businesses a second chance. But to be honest I think I know why! Ive tried to call 3 times on 19th December, only for the phone to ring, then gets answered but put down again. Not very good customer service. At least answer, take my details & get someone to call back. Last week so a week ago I filled in there online form for same reason to get someone to call me. Or at the least respond to my message, they never... So I'm going elsewhere with my money & business as needed a electric pump, new hot water immersion heater, pipes, and thermostat. But they have lost a customer now potentially. If things change from thrm to me as I rang again and the phones been taken off the hook as engaged for me right now, then I may later change my mind here on my review.

We called twice before driving to pick up the radiator. After made the payment, they said they don't have it. Didn't even bother to apologise even once for wasting time, commute and fuel. Very bad customer service.

Absolutely rude and non sense staff. The shop was stinky with weed smell, you can’t even stand up there for one minute. Staff is not helpful which make sense because if they taking drugs at work what would you expect from them. Definitely not recommending anyone. Please avoid
