From the meeting just before lockdown when the carpets were chosen to the fitting (as soon as lockdown was relaxed) the service has been communicative and professional. With carpets and vinyl laid (two different teams of fitters) for our tenanted property the Mr Carpet team worked around other trades and the tenants in occupancy to fit. Tenants are very happy. Landlords happy. Mr Carpet happy. All in a Lockdown time!

Really fantastic service. We weren't sure what we wanted but Nigel gave us some lovely options to suit different budgets, even let us take away samples so that we could see how the look and feel would work in the house. Week later the carpet has been fitted to an amazing standard with fantastic attention to detail. Will come back for our next carpet.
