Could not recommend Mr Bounce highly enough. After a bit a research I found Mr Bounce to be competitively priced and the customer service was exemplary from start to finish. Anthony was very friendly on the phone with useful suggestions and was professional when it came to punctuality and setting up. My 3 year old had a great party and will probably use Mr Bounce again for his 4th!

Bad Customer Service…Unprofessional…Rude… Its a shame I have to give them a star to post this, they don't even deserve that! Used this company for my daughters 4th birthday Bouncy castle arrived half hour late - had to be wiped down as the bouncy castle was very dirty and in very bad condition. They forgot the speaker which they had to go back for – didn’t arrive until after 4:30 (2basically 2 hours late). The sound on this was horrendous, I would have been better off singing…and lord knows I cannot sing! Both items were picked up at 6:30 (pick up time should have been 5:45) – I had to be out the hall at 6. When I emailed them to address my points and asked for half my money back I received a very rude, unprofessional, arrogant email with extremely poor grammer blaming me for their tardiness and even suggesting they send me a bill for their already damaged items and I quote: “You were not charged for the two year zoom cars which have been damaged and I witnessed this myself as two young boys were smashing into each other and they have left dent in the brand-new Equipment. Not even a week old. They go out at £15 each or 10 for £100. Cost £84 each. Would you like me to send you a bill and you can replace them??” 1) It’s funny how I am only hearing about this after my complaint 2) If this was the case, would you not have insurance to cover any damages – all other hire companies do!! And to add insult to injury, they blocked my number!! Would never use or recommend them again!
