As a single mum of 3, I was in real trouble when I my hearinf broke in the bad weather. The guys from Yorkshire heating came out straight away and sorted it out for me with no fuss. They were professional, friendly and put a frantic mum at ease! I was impressed that Paul has apprentices, upskilling the next generation! Would recommend these guys 100%

Installed our Ideal boiler in 2018 but got the wiring wrong so ever since the outside weather sensor is overruling the boiler. We now don't get hot water when it is warm outside. They also got another wiring issue wrong so the programmer and the water cylinder aren't connected properly. Ideal boiler people came out to confirm all this as part of warranty so have called up twice to get them to rectify but have had no response from my messages. I wouldn't recommend at all.
