I had trans prk done. Mr Day and his team provided excellent care before/during and post surgery. Throughout the last 14 months or so they were very helpful in making sure all my concerns/questions were addressed. Expectations on recovery process was also explained thoroughly so no surprises on my end, currently seeing 6/5 unaided and N4 unaided (better than 20/20), would highly recommend getting your eyes done here. The whole team at Moorfields were professional, warm and welcoming. They all understand its a life-changing procedure and ease your nerves super well when you visit. The surgery is surgery, a bit uncomfortable and healing is always going to be a bit of a job, but I now see better than 20/20 and I'm in perfect eye health, whereas I was -7.00 previously with astigmatism. Drops aren't really as much of an annoyance as you might be worried about, and the guys at Moorfields are so clear and thorough on the aftercare that it's genuinely impossible to imagine whether whole process could be done any better. Would absolutely trust these guys with any other surgeries if the need ever arose.
