I bought a gorgeous Edge Sculpture and the communication was on point. They sent me personal emails (no standard templates) to update me about my order whenever necessary and the sent the item to me super fast. It was packaged very well and even though the Concierge downstairs at my place made a mistake which resulted in me thinking the parcel was lost, the lovely people working at this store stayed calm and very friendly and helped me investigate it. Great service like you are not used to anymore these days and amazing products!

Firstly and foremost this is an independent art gallery, and the service here is by far the best around. The art work is amazing and upon your visit be prepared to be wowed, their knowledge is breathtaking. We originally went for a browse and spotted sculptures by Matt Buckley to which we ordered Alba the small orangutan which fitted into our home perfectly, on our second visit we spotted an acrylic butterfly piece by Kevin bandee which are no longer being made, so have a massive level of rarity, but to our amazement Mp Gallery helped us budget for this item with an affordable payment plan. This beautiful framed piece now sits proudly in our front room fitting in with our colour scheme and holding sentimental value due to our loss of a baby. We shall be travelling the miles to visit again and I assure you it is well worth the visit. The staff are so friendly, polite and knowledgeable and by far the most welcoming shop in Essex. This art gallery is a must visit if you're ever in or near Colchester. We 💙 you M.P Gallery
