I stayed at Moxy for 3 days, attending a conference at ExCel London. Good and clean place with nice ambience and friendly staff at the bar. Not a great choice on menu but good enough at reasonable price. The hotel is just next to London City Airport and accessible by Elisabeth Line + DLR. The conference place was walkable. I took out a star for these reasons: very noisy as airport and the DLR line is just in front. Surprisingly the did not have a ward robe/cupboard to keep clothes or things. The sink in the restroom was stinking as the drain was blocked and everytime you open it for washing, it would fill.

If you are coming from city airport , moxy should be your choice as it’s walking distance from city airport. It’s quite interactive and young hotel with young staff and quite many services like 24\7 drinks and services. It includes a pool table, Photo Booth, Jenga and more paid games. The rooms are quite good and reasonably priced. Hotel is clean and comfortable. The connectivity with the city is great as well. Nearest metro is royal Albert which is just 3-4 mins walking. P.s. you can see a bus stop in front of hotel but don’t get caught by it it’s not working.

As usual, the Moxy staff was super friendly and welcoming. As a Bonvoy member they made me feel like Royalty with my Moxy welcome drink, room upgrade, and welcome card/goodies. My family room with queen bed is very spacious and clean. The bar and lounge area has lots to do like a pool table, board games, and even a photo booth. The bar has a self service and full service option with very friendly staff. The nearness to London City Airport and the Excel is a huge bonus! Cannot wait to come back!!
