Sent my mower for service. Said 4 days .went to get it 4 weeks later .came back worse with oil leaking. When rang and told them .they sent a woman to have a look .she did not have a clue .don't waste your time with these people. Mower still not working.

Have tried endlessly to contact this company to purchase a new lawnmower. They never answer the phone. Left a message for them with brief details of what I needed but had no response from them. Eventually gave up trying the phone and emailed with my requirements but again no reply from them. Have now ordered what I needed elsewhere, I'm sure they will be happy to take over £400 from me for my new products!

I took my aged old mower in for service, half embarrassed at the state of it- but the kind team sorted it out whilst I waited. Honest and hardworking they didn’t try and sell me anything; just wanted to get it working (which they did in minutes!) Easy to get in touch with and they respond quickly to emails. Ended up going back for an electric strimmer and even that wasn’t a pressure- just honest advice. They do exactly what it says on the tin- can’t thank them or the service enough.

Brilliant 👏. My old mower just died mid use. I phoned, the kind reception person advised me to pop in, which I did. Very friendly staff saw me within 10 minutes. Fixed there and then. No flannel or sucking air in between their teeth. Good healthy banter. Came away with a smile on my face, a repaired 17 year old mower, and some good sound advice. I fully recommend them.

Purchased an EGO product online last September, that wasn't working properly. I just found out recently that Mowtastic sell this brand and approached them for help. I was told that a cylinder mower was the best one to have so I contacted Mowtastic who said yes they had one but they thought it might not be the best for me. I insisted that’s what I wanted so I bought a Kawasaki all singing all dancing one which started first time every time. After about 3 months I realised they were right and phoned them up to see if they’d take it back, without hesitation they said yes and that they’d give me my money back. When I turned up Jen was wheeling out a bright red battery operated one which I fell in love with and bought instead. Should have listened to them in the first place, it’s perfect for what I need. Thanks for your help. Always have time for me which is hard to find in this day and age

With an overgrown lawn post our holidays and a mower that had stopped working a few weeks earlier I was desperate to have my mower serviced. I found Mowtastic online and with the aim to drop the mower off on Fri and collect the following week only for it to be fully serviced and working like new less than an hour later. Chris was also very helpful advising me on how bet to keep the mower in tip top condition from petrol and oil use to petrol canister storage. I'd recommend Mowtastic to anyone in need of a first class and quick mower service.
