If I could leave a minus rating I would. Saw a lawnmower on Facebook Marketplace. The right up was all good and how it was fully serviced and ready to go (like all their ads are). Had a job to do on Friday (tomorrow). Tuesday I went to their premises hoping to be coming away with a mower as I had driven 40 mins there. The mowers I looked at were not working properly and needed a carb clean apparently. I told the lady I needed it for a job and she said no problem. Will call when ready. I had to ring 3 times to be told he's working on it. I'll ring you back when its ready. No call back. I called again as time was running out as they close at 5pm . She then goes and tests it. Not working properly. I'll get him to look at it when he gets back from the scrap yard!!! No call back from them at all!!!!!!!! I found another company in Ashford. Called him at 16.50 told him my scenario..... Mark delivered a lovely Masport Mower to me at 18.00!!!! What a service!!!! Don't waste your time with them!!!!!

Just popped in to find some lawn mower for my garden and immediately realised that that sales guy Chris lacked a great deal of decency and how-to-treat-a-customer part of the business. I felt unwelcome and honestly don't trust to buy anything here. Not a great experience at all!

Popped into MowPower as a new customer, all the staff were so friendly, helpful and knowledgable, customer service 2nd to none, amazingly they even decided to give my petrol strimmer a full service as I'd bought a few bits while I was there. Sales service was great. After sales ... Well ... very Unprofessional. Ignored emails even though beforehand when asking about the mower in the beginning it was great. The mowers (we purchased two for our gardening business) had a few issues in the beginning inc the drive cable broke. They went in for their yearly service... No real proof (other than the oil was dirty) that anything was actually done? They weren't running properly before the service and they werebt running any better afterwards. They went in in the January and we were contacted, by post, in May, to advise us we had not paid the invoice. What invoice?? Once we received the invoice (2 weeks later) it was paid. More issues, not collecting grass, stuck in the fastest gear to name a few. Safe to say we are selling them, as they didn't respond to having them back, even though when sold to us we were told they would happily buy them back to sell on secondhand. Their Facebook page isn't set up for reviews ... I wonder why? Do not buy through this company, if you want a decent mower that actually runs and works or if you like to have a bit of customer service!
