One of the worst Indian food and I'm writing just after eating prior to payment here. It was uncooked and stale food. I could not give negative rating here.

The food is tasty but very small portions and clearly reheated as it arrives so quickly after ordering. I have had better food, bigger portions, better priced elsewhere.

I'd been looking forward to visiting Mowgli for a while as I love Nisha Katona and her easy cooking style. The first disappointment was a pared-down menu with a few treats missing (samosa chaat specifically). The second disappointment was - surprisingly- the veggie food. The potatoes (fenugreek fries and the tiffin potato dish) were uninspired and lacking in flavour. The dahl was ok. The roti wasn't great. Having said that the keema curry was glorious and the agra chicken very good. I love the orange wine. No kulfi for dessert? Scandalous! Pistachio and mango kulfi all round I say! Nisha, stop focusing on being a celebrity chef and remind yourself what Mowgli was meant to be - authentic Indian food.

The staff need retraining, the staff who served us were so rude it made us leave. Learn to interact with others properly. This is a business, people pay to eat here so show them some respect.
