I ordered a Stihl FSA 57 strimmer (during their free battery promotion ) which was on back order with Stihl at the time but it has since arrived. Perfectly good service from a family run business bearing in mind it is not the size of Amazon, nor do they have warehouses as large as Amazon but offered a great price Many thanks indeed.
