Good, old fashioned customer service with great value and the communication from Ronnie regards a mower that FedEx were determined not to deliver to the right address was superb - kept me uptodate, answered questions quickly and politely - and got my Mower! And to be fair, it was worth the wait, The cobra is substantial, very good value for money and I wont be going anywhere else now that I have found Mower World! Seems they are the best of all worlds - service, quality and great value.
