WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !! Bought a Tractor Mower for over £2k. The mower is an absolute piece of S&^%! however that is not the problem. I rang Mow Direct, it took me ages to get through to someone, it is very amateurish. Once I finally got through to someone they really did not have a clue what they were talking about. I have had the mower for about 7 days and already had endless issues with it. I have tried to contact Mow Direct to get the mower collected but their customer service options are just pointless. Its not what happens its how you deal with it. I am that close to putting the mower on a flat bed and dropping it off in their reception, however I doubt they would even get the irony and think I was doing them a favour. I suggest staying well clear as their customer service is non existent and the products they sell are very cheap and nasty.

Purchased a HP185 from them, easy to use, speedy delivery apart from the oil bottle leaked whilst in transit and the lawn mower was covered. 20 mins later was brand new again. Apart from that no complaints!

Excellent service. Only a couple of issues. The diagrams for the instructions weren't very clear and it was a job to get the machine off the metal pallet without damaging the cutting deck. Perhaps a small re design to allow the wheels to sit on wider runners so that it can be pushed off . Apart from that we are very happy thank you.

Purchase experience for the Feider FBT70 Petrol Garden-Shredder | Refurbished Mode was good. However, if this was rated by ofsted, it would be just satisfactory. Unbalanced when starting and moving around. A very long pull cord, so not a simple start. A tacky safety catch and no indicator when full. I'm addition it jams easily. I would not recommend this machine nor indeed purchase it again myself. Lesson learnt.

Purchased a ride on tractor mower with a roller, when it arrived and opened once the courier had delivered it and gone it was found that the machine was damaged. We got in touch with the very rude staff at their call handling , and was told to return it and the would arrange the courier to collect it, they collected it once I had got the machine on a pallet and made sure it was secure and off it went back to them. We were informed that a full refund would be issued and would take 3-5 days to show in the bank. The refund was duly issues but a shortfall of £190 ??? I contacted the very rude and unhelpfully staff at their home based call centre to be told that the £190 was the courier charge for the return. Now I am no genius but know some of the uk law and the law stated it is the sellers responsibility to pay for the return of damaged goods no matter what the purchase was. I will update this review once a resolve has been sorted with the shortfall of £190. VERY VERY CHEEKY AVOID
