So annoyed spent over £40 and received ice cream instead of frozen yogurt and wasn’t even told by staff members who obviously need training. Spanish latte tasted of pure Biscoff as I brought 2 and my friend said the same. A McFlurry is 100x better could of got for the price I payed for one this is so ridiculous never never again they did this to my daughter and her friends as well ice cream instead of frozen yoghurt

Amazing food and atmosphere at Mowchi. The boa buns are the best ones I've had! Food is fresh and delicious and packed with flavour. We were served by Samia who was super helpful and attentive. Definitely coming back.

The member of staff was very welcoming and took her time in helping us pick from the menu. The bubble tea sweetness was just right and the fruit flavours really came out. We also had some crinkle fries and some chicken bao buns. The buns were very soft as they were traditionally steamed and the crispy chicken paired very well. I preferred the teriyaki flavour to the slightly blander katsu chicken.

Samia was so super helpful with helping us decide what to order. My usual is the brown sugar milki but opted for the Spanish pistachio latte with tapioca and I wasn’t disappointed. Thank you Samia for the brilliant customer service
