You have to check-in with main reception on ground floor before heading to your GP surgery; sometimes this can cause a bit if a que. Staff are always friendly, polite, helpful & maintain social distancing. As with government guidelines, a mask must be worn inside, & there are ample points to sanitise your hands throughout the building.

The worst do not register here. I have severe neurological and cardio problems. I'm supposed to have an appointment every week. The last appointment I got was July 2019.now there are never any appointments with any doctor. They don't have any level of care. Please I would self medicate rather than use these cowboys. The receptionist and office staff are rude and inconsiderate and don't really have a clue. The doctors are ridiculous too. Swanning around like they are special but can't do their jobs. I need medical attention and from this doctors I can't get it.

I love this surgery, but today when I really needed to see a doctor, it just didn't happen . This call back system doesn't work if you are a mum or a carer or in my case a grannie with children. They called me back as I was actually in the surgery giving a urine sole , left a message saying they'd call me back , feeling so very poorly I waited in the car par for a call I have been here for four hours, even though they know I will be picking children up and a disabled daughter what's the betting they will call my then and I will miss the call again . And if not I won't get any privacy I will be exined will there dependants in the room. Sometimes it would be nice to actually be seen on my own

Never had such an awful experience with a business / institution before. Lost swabs, called multiple times to chase, they never returned any of the calls promised. The girls on reception, although most are very sweet, felt like they were massively undertrained / understaffed, often looking at my 'notes' and saying hmm I don't know what that means... It takes an average I would say about 30 minutes to even get to speak to someone, and once you do it doesn't feel like much has been resolved. Appointments are ALWAYS late, I expect this with the NHS and would never complain about it but compiled with this whole experience every appointment I went to was exactly 50 minutes - an hour + late. I feel really at a loss with this place because it used to be brilliant and a few of the doctors there are great but I would really not recommend joining this practise now if you can avoid it.
