Pre-ordered a product in May of 2021, still didn't receive the product 10 months later. Poor customer service, tried calling multiple times but keep getting told the service is unavailable. Emailed the store to enquire about a refund for my product with no reply. Had previous email correspondence with the store but no one was able to provide an update on the product if they even replied at all. Terrible service

Buyer beware: Not happy at all about how my order was handled, ordered a spidey sideshow collectible and finished the payments in July last year. After months of bad communication, I decided I'd never see the statue, so I asked for a refund in March - for some reason, it took until April, I then decided to bite the bullet and order direct from Sideshow. It took three days to arrive.

Avoid at all costs paid over £200 for a figure received nothing & they brother replying to my emails!! I've lost count of how many I've sent now! So yeah don't order for here please go elsewhere there's better places to order from!

Bought a couple of figures last friday for £16+£4 postage. Recieved a email in my spam folder confirming order number, mailed them for a tracking id as these items were gifts and i needed them asap, after asking for the tracking Id they stopped replying. Then i had a new email saying the order has been cancelled and the money refunded. My partner ordered the items off of her card but has recieved no refund. So in short this company has terrible communication and steals payments and do not pay back when they say they do. Awful, avoid at all cost.
