We received an excellent service throughout the moving process. We had the full packing service and there were no breakages. The unpacking process was smooth and beds were reassembled. We were recommended Move On by our estate agent and we couldn’t be happier that we chose them for our move. Jo, Rich and team were great throughout and were always on hand if we had any questions, packing needs etc. On the day of the move, Rob, Dave and Rich moved our belongings with care and expertise (we couldn’t believe how quickly the loaded and unloaded the vans!) and we really appreciated the value and ease they brought to an otherwise stressful day. From start to finish, we were so impressed by the level of service we received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting a professional and efficient removal company based in the Bristol area.

A Moving Company that really cares! I recently used Move On for a local move and they made what can be a really stressful experience smooth and stress-free. From the moment I first contacted them they were friendly and personable, and really made me feel like I was in good hands. Communication was great ahead of the move, and when they arrived the team leader Joe talked me through the process and prepared me for the day. You can see they have a commitment to quality service - they took great care to pack and and move all my belongings safely and efficiently and were quick to ask questions if there was any doubt. I was really impressed with their attention to detail and the way they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. The Move On team took the stress out of the whole process. What could have been a really overwhelming experience felt like a breeze. They were so professional and reliable that I felt like I could just relax and let them handle everything. What really stood out though was their personable and friendly approach, they were lovely to work with. And to top it all off, they even gave me a housewarming gift once we arrived at my new place! That was such a thoughtful touch and really made me feel like they cared about me and my move. Overall, I can't recommend Move On enough. If you're looking for a packing and moving company that is friendly, personable, and delivers high quality service, look no further.

We used Move On for our house move to Yate a couple of months back, after a recommendation from a friend that had used them too. They were brilliant from start to finish, the price was exactly as initially quoted and the team of 4 on the day were spot on- they got everything packed up in no time and made it completely stress free, and tied their lunch break in with us whilst we waited for the keys. Move on removals helped us with our move. The experience was excellent and made the day so much smoother and less stressful! Rich was really helpful when initially quoting for the job, and the team delivered packing boxes and tape for us. On the day, the team arrived early and had everything in the vans promptly, even taking down and setting up furniture for us! I don’t think we could have moved without them! The team were professional, kind and helpful - I couldn’t recommend Move on removals more, and will be using them for any future moves aswell! Thanks team

Moving is a stressful time but Move On certainly helped to relieve that stress. From our first phone contact with them through to the final move day they were attentive, knowledgeable and reassuring. The logistics of our move were quite complex, having to use several small vans due to the tight access to our new home, but the packing, loading and storage through to the final move day went smoothly without any hitches. Our thanks to Richard and Jo for their help leading up to the move and to Rob and his team who worked tirelessly over the three days. We would highly recommend Move On.
