This review is a bit late as I moved in February. But I want to say what a fantastic service me and my family received during two separate moves from Essex to Suffolk. Ricky, Mark, Kevin and Dean provided exceptional service during an experience which can be extremely stressful. The packing service is worth every penny and the team take over full responsibility of this part of the process. Every item is packed professionally into strong boxes and labelled for easy access and unpacking. On completion day, the team were on time at the new destination promptly unpacked all items to the relevant rooms with little fuss and no damage, and in a few instances provided some advice! The team in the office were also helpful and efficient. Excellently priced, I would highly recommend Move It Removals.

The supplies and boxes we got were brilliant and the team on the day were just incredible, we didn't have to lift a finger, taking all the stress out of moving and they even helped us make friends with the new neighbours, and heped keep our cat safe. We are so pleased we chose to go with move it removals for our recent move. The team were so fast and professional. We chose to pay extra for our furniture to be dissembled and reassembled at our new house which made the move so much easier, it would have taken us a lot longer to try to do it ourselves. They even plumbed our washing machine and tumble dryer in for us. Thanks so much move it team, you were the best!

We used Move it removals for a recent move. The whole process from start to finish has been fantastic. From my first phone call which was answered promptly and the quotation arranged through the quote, the boxes and the moving day itself, every step was handled quickly, efficiently and very professionally. Every member of the team both in the office and on moving day have provided excellent service and are a team to be proud of. The quote provided was highly competitive and offered by far a superior service compared to the other companies I consulted. The presentation showed the care they take over the moving process and on moving day, all the promises made were amply delivered. The move day itself went without fault. The four team members were friendly, professional and could not have been more helpful. They took great care with all of our possessions and were very considerate of the fact that it was a busy stressful day for us and treated us with care and support. All of our belongings arrived safely at the new house and were placed exactly as we requested. The team worked tirelessly, always with a smile. They made a lovely fuss of our young son who was delighted with the big truck and the team were mindful that he was in the background and made sure they knew he was safe. We can't thank the whole team enough. If we ever move again, this will be be the only company we'd consider. We would gladly recommend them to anyone thinking of a move, big or small.
