Ordered 4 pairs of Bloch dance shoes which arrived on time. Returned 3 pairs as they were much smaller than UK sizes. Didn't have any problems printing the returns form, returned via Royal Mail and refund issued a few days later. The only niggle was that you can only return via Royal Mail through a depot (not a Post Office) and the counter didn't issue a proof of posting receipt so I had to take a photo of the box on the Royal Mail counter.
