What a fantastic experience for my daughter choosing her prom dress, every member of staff is so smiley and helpful, a lovely environment. It was busy when we came to choose but we were not rushed at all and the advice was excellent in choosing the right dress. When we collected it was lovely she got to try it on again. We had lots of follow up emails about alterations and how to care for the dress while at home and even tips on how to get ready on the big day. Cannot thank Lisa and the girls at mousetrap enough. Highly recommended 😊

I wasnt fully satisfied as I drove a long way to come collect the dress, turns out that the dress wasnt trimmed and was way too long. I had to take it to a specialist for her to trim it which wasnt cheap.

Hello, I ordered a dress, I came to pick it up, it turned out that the dress is damaged and there is nothing I can do about it. I wanted to order a new one, they said that they don't sew such a dress anymore. I can choose from what is in the store from those that everyone tries on but these dresses are even more damaged than the one my daughter chose 3 months earlier big scam I do not recommend this store You pay a lot for the dress it was supposed to be new and I find it is used I am very disappointed In addition, the dress is 30 cm too long, cutting the dress is not included in the cost, so you have to take into account the additional cost above 60f. When taking the fitting, no one informed us that there would be extra costs for trimming from the length.

I have twins. One of my twins is on the spectrum. The manager and girls in the shop were fantastic they even offered my girl to come after the shop was shut to help with her anxiety. Three dresses from mousetrap now. Absolutely recommend to anyone. They gave the girls the proper princess experience. Thank you.
