    If I could give it no stars I would. I called at 8am on the dot, didn’t get through to the automated voice for 20 mins. Once I finally got through I was 10th in the que, which is actually a good position to be in. I was on hold for another 10 minutes before I was notified that I was now 29th in the que. How does that work then? All in all it took an hour to get through to an actual human being, only to be told there where no appointments left and I’ll have to call back tomorrow. I appreciate that the demand for appointments it greater than what they can give but this issue pre dates Covid and is ultimately the reason why I will be leaving the surgery.

    Started to ring mountbatton surgery 8.00 on the dot permentaly engaged tone till 8.20.when finally its answered put in a queue, for another 50mins to be told appointments have gone ,how ? Saving grace got a push doctor appointment Saturday today is Monday. Such a shame used to be the best doctors around

    The most unhelpful, inconsiderate, unprofessional group of individuals I have ever come across. They have clearly become hardened to the general public and lack any sense of compassion. If you're looking for an appointment next year I'd get calling now - but only if you have a few days to spare being on hold. Oh, and be prepared for a surprise £42 charge for a sick note, that you neither wanted nor needed.
