No showers for males for one month no reimbursement no care or solutions no complaints procedure. Dirty filthy pool rude and confrontational staff managers. Cancelled membership disgusting service. Avoid this place at all costs

I visited the Mountbatten centre as a swim parent at a meet. Easy to get to. Great parking right by the centre, plenty of spaces. Poor toilet facilities: only two unisex toilets in cafe area, one out of order, hunted for another option, first I found had no toilet paper, second I found had a badly fitted seat (wrong size), and the cubicle was in semi darkness. I walked all over the building to find them. Good viewing gallery, not many seats but fine for this gala. Temperature and humidity were comfortable. No 4G in the gallery where I was but the WiFi was pretty good . The pool looked good. My daughter said the water was too warm for racing.
