tl;dr if u dont like broken bones or injuring yourself at a remote location, please do not buy this brand. Mountain Waterhouse is a joke, they make unsafe products that are totally not suitable in any mountains (the irony), 60 day return window is a lie., They will deny it saying a random reason. Bought a trekking boots, would have tripped over 3 times in day because of bad design, with the boots having an open hook that latches on to a loop behind the shoe n ur shoe lace, since it was within the mentioned 60 day return window i went today to return it, but they mentioned since i wore it once it's not resealable condition duh. Attached the not "Resalable condition shoe" wait is this a joke 😂 if yes they should stop selling any shoes since its as new as that come out of their factory.
