I've been coming to Dragonfly for the last 6 months and it's a real community gem. I have the unlimited pass and it's excellent value, not to mention so easy to book or change classes as needed. The staff are so friendly and welcoming which makes it a lovely atmosphere. I've tried lots of different classes and teachers, all of which are excellent. Lots of different styles and paces, and I like that there are also Pilates classes mixed in with the yoga so there are lots of opportunities to fit movement of different kinds into your week. There are a good range of different times for the classes to fit all kinds of different schedules. I particularly like the Sunday afternoon Yin class with Laura which is the perfect end to the weekend for me and so calming and relaxing. Special mention also to Giovina - her classes are my favourite especially Monday morning Ashtanga. She is a wonderful warm teacher who challenges you but also holds lots of space for modifications as needed. If you are a seasoned yogi looking for a challenge or a brand new beginner wanting to try yoga, Dragonfly has something for you which is quite impressive if you think about it!
