Though the shop was clean, there was such little stock we could not believe it. It appeared to be 'well stocked' but as we looked at both men's and women's jackets, various clothes (tops/bottoms) shoes, it seemed to be very focused on the petite person size. If you are petite (overall), this shop could be for you. The shoes, good grief, we just were so very disappointed. I will however, try for some of their things online. I just thought it would be nice to try things on in person. Their staff, also very 'not bothered' we were not greeted and when I asked a question all I got was attitude. Very rude shop I'm sorry to say. Very sorry I won't be going back there!

Staff helpful when processing a refund for product purchased online. Found the jacket that I wanted at this store for 1/2 the price that was online, which has already reduced by half, so ended up paying £60 for a jacket that was originally £240 (and it is super warm) 😀

Staff are very kind and helpful, mountain warehouse equipment and clothing is excellent for what it is and definitely competes with some of the higher costing brands like The North Face, Lowa Alpine, arc'teryx. Skiing equipment is brilliant, same for hiking clothing and some of the general clothes.
