The parking was great. The room was lovely and Odette is very helpful . We booked a four night stay and we moved rooms mid way. We wanted to travel mainly by bus around and into London. Things which would have been beneficial to us would have been a guest book showing the area and eating places, where to get buses etc. Whilst the bed and room was comfortable the towels were small. We also thought the electrics were unsafe with the use of adaptors which are out of date. We thought the breakfast wasn't great for us. Yes there is a fridge and fruit, juice and milk left in. But no labels on the 3 jars of cereal. There was toaster but we only had two slices of toast on the first day, then the bread was removed and we were not asked if we wanted a croissant or anything else instead. We feel generally that places that have previously provided a cooked breakfast have used covid as an easy option to not have less inconvenience. This isn't a place for people with disabilities with the area being surrounded by inclines and steps up to the front door. We felt given the breakfast the place was pricey. We are however aware of London prices
