Someone called Ahmed has signed for my parcel at this delivery point. So now the parcel is lost and I had to claim. Pointless if workers are signing for goods rather than the recipient. In the eyes of royal mail it means the item is delivered 🙄

Went in today tried to purchase a label from the machines provided but unfortunately they were out of service. So I decided to line up and decided to get an employer to help me. She was very rude and was not helpful at all. Instead of telling me what do next she sent me off without providing any help what so ever. I tried explaining that I didn’t know what to do since the machines were down and she repeatedly kept saying that I was wrong and that the machine don’t print out labels. She didn’t know how to simply follow my request. What’s the point of working there when you don’t even know how to do your own job. Worst customer service ever. Fix up.

Went to buy a stamp and a very helpful post office worker asked if he could assist and maybe I could try the self service - went through it. My husband had the same experience - Nice to be served by such a pleasant young man - it can be a bit hit and miss here - but praise when due - hence the comments
