I am extremely pleased with my experience with this clinic. The appointment process was easy (yes you may have to wait a while to get through, like most medical appointments nowadays) but once through to reception, they were so kind and helpful and got me booked in relatively soon. My experience on the day was brilliant. I was so nervous but the nurses who inserted my implant were amazing and really caring. Unfortunately I have not got on with the implant and need it taken out which has been a few months later. I rang the clinic this morning and the lady on reception was so helpful and caring again, really sympathetic and managed to get me booked in for the next morning. I really recommend this clinic and would always return.

All the staff in there made me feel so welcome! I’d fallen over before getting there and was crying as I went in - I was so embarrassed that I was crying but The receptionist sat me down made sure I was okay, cleaned my cut and placed a plaster on for me which she did not have to do at all! Then when I went in to have my implant exchanged I was so so nervous as it was the first time I had one removed and the lady that did it for me reassured me and explained everything she was doing as she was doing it - didn’t feel a thing and I’m not nervous to go back!! Such lovely staff and great atmosphere!!!

The nurse who attended to me was very competent and most kind. Overall a great experience, would recommend this clinic to family and friends.

Almost impossible to get an appointment and it's getting worse (if that's possible). They commit to confirming an appointment in three days for urgent matters but the request just goes into a black hole with no response. The surgery may as well not be there for all the good it does (or fails to do)
